Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a motivated student intern to support project management and field operations on construction projects in Dallas, TX. You will help with coordination, document control, safety procedures, and progress reporting while learning day-to-day management of a real project.

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program, pursuing Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related fields.

Your Role

• Project Management
  • Understand day-to-day business and financial management on projects.
  • Support the project team with coordination, material tracking, file management, document control, and progress reporting.
• Field Operations
  • Assist field supervision with safety procedures, project and trade partner coordination, verification of field conditions, and quality control.
  • Participate in the Summer Speaker series, internship events, jobsite tours, and networking opportunities.
