Job summary

The Procopio Companies in Middleton, MA offer a role exposing you to all phases of real estate development from site evaluation to construction management. Reporting to the Executive VP of Project Execution, you will gain hands-on experience and face real-world challenges in project planning and execution.

As an intern, you will assist with documentation, scheduling, and coordination; attend site visits; and support due diligence activities such as zoning research.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Real Estate Development, or Architecture.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Bluebeam or project management software.
• Interest in real estate development and construction processes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with day-to-day tasks including documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
• Attend site visits and assist with field reporting and progress tracking.
• Support due diligence activities for potential new projects (e.g. zoning research, sit analysis).
• Help maintain and update project documentation including budgets, timelines, and permits.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants as needed.
• Participate in internal project meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
