DN LLC is seeking a Construction Management Intern to gain hands‑on experience in civil engineering and construction. With a dedicated mentor, you will contribute to real projects, develop valuable skills, and learn about the lifecycle of heavy‑civil construction projects, from conception to completion.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Construction Management undergraduate program. Civil Engineering concentration preferred.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments.
• Ability to problem-solve in individual and team settings.
• Willingness to work at our Grand Prairie office or project location.

Responsibilities

• Identify local concrete suppliers and prepare pricing for concrete/shotcrete mixes.
• Work with suppliers to develop batch designs and assist Project Engineers with submittals.
• Develop AutoCAD site layout drawings showing cut/fill slopes and crane positions.
• Coordinate with sitework, rebar, crane, and concrete subcontractors.
• Perform pre-pour inspections with Project Engineers and Project Managers before concrete placements.
• Opportunity to visit construction sites during precast panel erection.

Responsibilities:

• Identify local concrete suppliers andpreparepre‑bid/post‑bid pricing for concrete/shotcrete mixes.
• Work with concrete suppliers to develop and trial batch concrete/shotcrete mix designs. AssistProject Engineers with the preparation ofdetailedprojectsubmittals.
• Develop AutoCAD site layout drawings showing cut/fill slopes, ramps, work roads, crane positions, and casting bed locations.
• Coordinate with sitework, rebar, crane, and concrete subcontractors.
• Perform jobsite pre‑pour inspections with Project Engineers and Project Managers prior to concrete placements.
• Opportunity to visit construction sites during precast panel erection.

Qualifications:
