As you develop skills, duties may expand from slab prep and placement to formwork, field engineering, and production planning. This role suits someone reliable, eager to learn, and ready to work in varied weather and terrain.

Qualifications

• Working toward a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship, now or in the future.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Slab on grade prep and placement.
• Forming walls and columns.
• Slab on metal deck prep.
• Field engineering (line and grade).
• Place and finish concrete.
• Loadout, inspections, and production tracking.
• Quantity take-offs and daily execution planning.

You don't need prior commercial construction experience — we'll give you the training and tools. Our most successful candidates are action-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.

Our job sites have rough terrain and stay operational in most weather conditions, as long as it's safe. Hours can fluctuate with project activity, and you'll need a reliable way to get to the job site daily and on time.

People who can do the work.

You may perform labor at elevation, sometimes several stories above ground level, and should be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

People who put safety first.

Safety is paramount on every EVCO site. Job offers are contingent upon a successful drug test.
