What You'll Do

You'll learn the fundamentals of concrete construction on the job site, with a dedicated manager and mentors invested in your success. Your specific duties will grow as your skills and interests develop, and may include:

• Slab on grade prep and placement
• Forming walls and columns
• Slab on metal deck prep
• Field engineering (line and grade)
• Place and finish
• Loadout, inspections, and production tracking
• Quantity take-offs and daily execution planning

Who We're Looking For

People with a drive to excel. You don't need prior commercial construction experience - we'll give you the training and tools. Our most successful candidates are action-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn.

People who show up. Our job sites have rough terrain and stay operational in most weather conditions, as long as it's safe. Hours can fluctuate with project activity, and you'll need a reliable way to get to the job site daily and on time.

People who can do the work. You may perform labor at elevation, sometimes several stories above ground level, and should be able to lift at least 50 pounds.

People who put safety first. Safety is paramount on every EVCO site. Job offers are contingent upon a successful drug test.
