Qualifications

• Ph.D. or ABD near completion preferred.
• Strong communication and classroom instruction skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and certificate courses in construction management, including online, evening, weekend, and satellite formats.
• Advise undergraduate students, assist with recruitment and retention, and engage with industry partners.
• Maintain currency in modern construction practices and software technologies (e.g., BIM, Primavera, Bluebeam, Procore).
• Build industry relationships and contribute to accreditation standards.
