Qualifications

• Master's degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field; Ph.D. or ABD near completion preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of verifiable construction industry experience (commercial, residential, or heavy civil).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for classroom instruction and industry interaction.

Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and certificate program courses in construction management.
• Advise undergraduate students, assist with recruitment and retention efforts, and enhance the department's reputation.
• Maintain active engagement with local and regional industry and serve on committees.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with construction practices and software (e.g., BIM, Primavera, Procore).
