Job summary

Anglian Water offers a 3.5-year Degree Apprenticeship programme leading to a BSc (Hons) Construction Management. You will gain hands-on experience across construction management, cost control, time management and safety systems within Central Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 2 Maths and English.
• Evidence of a recognised built environment Level 4 qualification (e.g. Level 4 Construction Site Supervisor Apprenticeship or BTEC/HNC).
• High level of self-motivation and willingness to learn.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of capital investment projects and infrastructure schemes.
• Work with asset maintenance teams to keep facilities safe and reliable.
• Assist with facilities, estates and maintenance services across the region.
• Support fleet operations and logistics for regional distribution services.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver services aligning with business objectives.
