Job summary

DN Tanks LLC is offering a Construction Management Co-op for undergraduate students in Engineering or Construction Management. You will gain hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction, guided by a dedicated industry mentor, contributing to real projects from conception to completion.

Responsibilities include sourcing local concrete suppliers, aiding pre/post-bid pricing, developing AutoCAD site layouts, coordinating with subcontractors, and performing pre-pour inspections.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Engineering or Construction Management undergraduate program.
• Concentration in Civil Engineering preferred.
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify local concrete suppliers and prepare pre-bid/post-bid pricing for concrete/shotcrete mixes.
• Work with concrete suppliers to develop and trial batch designs; assist with project submittals.
• Develop AutoCAD site layout drawings showing cut/fill slopes, ramps, crane positions, and casting bed locations.
• Coordinate with sitework, rebar, crane, and concrete subcontractors.
• Perform jobsite pre-pour inspections with Project Engineers and Project Managers.
