HDR's Salt Lake City construction management team seeks an organized Administrative Assistant who thrives on multitasking and helping others. You will handle correspondence, scheduling, travel arrangements, and document preparation in a fast-paced environment.
The role requires a High School diploma (Associate degree preferred), strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook), excellent verbal and written communication, and a detail-oriented, confidential approach to support multiple managers.

Our Salt Lake City Construction Management group is in need of an organized person who excels in multitasking. Individual must be comfortable using Microsoft products especially excel. Individual will be responsible for tracking vehicle reports including miles, service records, lease information, etc. In addition, individual will help maintain and track field equipment, required staff training, purchasing equipment and delivering equipment to be calibrated etc.
