Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: Associate's degree with 5 years field experience OR Bachelor's degree with 3 years field experience.
• OSHA 30 authorization for teaching OSHA 30 for general industry or construction (or ability to renew before classes begin).
• Prior college teaching experience in Construction Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach core Construction Management courses as assigned.
• Teach OSHA 30 for general industry or construction as needed.
• Collaborate with department on scheduling and curriculum development.
