Fox Valley Technical College is seeking adjunct instructors to facilitate student learning at the S.J. Spanbauer Aviation & Industrial Center. This role supports diverse delivery methods, including hybrid, in-person, virtual, and online courses.

You will develop and revise curriculum, assess student progress, and engage with industry partners to promote programs. The position is per-course, with hours totaling about 8.75 per week, and compensation is $45 per hour.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in Construction, Architectural, or Engineering.
• Minimum two years full-time or 4,000 hours related experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate student learning using diverse instructional strategies across delivery modes.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve outcomes.
• Develop and revise competency-based curriculum aligned with industry.
• Maintain attendance and grade records; ensure safe learning environment.
• Participate in division, department, and team activities and planning.
• Engage with community and industry partners to promote programs.
• Support student success through advising and collaboration with Student Services.
