Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Associate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with construction projects, modular construction, or oversized loads preferred.
• Experience coordinating freight claims and damage resolution preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management; able to work in a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trucking and transportation providers for outbound shipments.
• Schedule deliveries to customer sites and construction locations.
• Track shipment status from manufacturing through final delivery.
• Maintain shipping records and product status in MES/ERP systems.
• Coordinate with packaging teams to load safely and efficiently.
• Verify shipping documentation and delivery records.
• Monitor shipment schedules and provide delivery updates.
• Investigate shipping damages and resolve freight claims with carriers.
