Job summary

Mission Critical Interior Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Temple, TX to support construction projects by coordinating material transportation, tracking shipments, and managing warehouse inventory. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and delivery of construction materials between warehouses, vendors, and active job sites.
• Schedule, monitor, and track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Serve as primary logistics contact for project managers, warehouse personnel, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and transportation providers.
• Monitor inventory levels across warehouse locations and support material replenishment activities.
• Process purchase orders, transfer requests, shipping documents, and related logistics records.
• Verify shipment accuracy, including quantities, documentation, and delivery timelines.
• Communicate shipment status, delays, and potential issues to stakeholders promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Project Management to align material availability with schedules.
• Identify and resolve transportation, supply chain, and delivery challenges to avoid delays.
• Support dispatch functions, including route planning, driver coordination, and load assignments.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety requirements.
• Prepare logistics reports, maintain records, and assist with billing and freight documentation.
• Develop relationships with carriers, vendors, subcontractors, and warehouse teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects to boost efficiency and service delivery.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
