F.N.B. Corporation is hiring a Supervisor of Construction Loan Servicing in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on back-end review of closed construction loans and optimizing workflows among customers, builders, Mortgage Banking Specialists, and internal teams.

The incumbent will act as system administrator for the Built Platform, monitor performance, and lead training, audits and process enhancements to support timely inspections, draws, and loan conversions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or higher.
• Strong project management and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with loan servicing or mortgage operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee back-end review of closed construction loans to support process flow among customers, builders, bankers and internal partners.
• Serve as system administrator and SME for Built Platform, monitoring performance and driving improvements.
• Lead pipeline management, escalations, training, and governance of policy and procedures.
• Conduct monthly audits and analyze reports to identify risks and opportunities.
