Qualifications

• Minimum education is High School or GED.
• At least 5 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in construction loan servicing or mortgage operations is preferred.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures team adherence to policies and procedures.
• Assists in pipeline management and escalations.
• Manages construction platform vendor.
• Participates in system enhancement and upgrade releases.
• Analyzes business reports for trends, opportunities and risk levels.
• Collaborates with Mortgage Sales Managers and Operations to align priorities.
• Supports documentation and maintenance of processes and training.
