Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Back end review of closed construction loans to support process flow.
• Serve as system administrator and SME in the Built Platform.
• Monitor performance, customer satisfaction, and process improvements.
• Assist in pipeline management, escalations, and training.
• Manage construction platform vendor relations and releases.
• Prepare periodic reports for leadership and partners.
• Collaborate with Mortgage Sales Managers and Operations.
