You will oversee draw management, borrower onboarding, risk controls, and client experience within a fast-growing private lender.

Ideal candidates have banking or real estate finance exposure, understanding of ground-up and luxury construction, and strong communication skills to coordinate with builders,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or Construction Management.
• 2–5 years in construction lending administration or related field.
• Strong understanding of budgets, inspections, and draw administration.
• Experience with Trustpoint or similar draw-management systems.
• Excellent organizational and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration of construction loan draws.
• Onboard borrowers and train on the draw management platform.
• Coordinate inspections, lien waivers, and title updates.
• Review draw requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for builders and borrowers.
• Monitor portfolios to ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
• Support process improvements for scalability.
