Formación

• 3+ years of experience with construction finance and budget reallocations.
• Proficient in banking PC applications on Windows.
• Credit history check required.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process construction loan draws for compliance.
• Verify equity via inspections and invoices.
• Ongoing servicing of construction loans across property types.
• Reconcile accounts and understand participation loans.
• Interface with title companies on lien issues.
• Review inspections and title updates for concerns.
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers and partners.
• Compute interest payments manually.
• Update desk procedures as changes occur.
• Provide exceptional customer service with urgency.
• Research loan information when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
