Job summary

BankWest - South Dakota seeks a loan processing professional to develop construction loans and budgets within the Construct software. You will handle loan documentation, servicing, and ensure compliance with bank systems and procedures while delivering high‑quality customer service.

The role requires accuracy, ability to work with timelines, and knowledge of Horizon loan boarding requirements. You will contribute to loan servicing testing and confidentiality in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years' experience in related field.
• Knowledge of banking terminology and BankWest products.

Responsibilities

• Create a budget in the software and process construction loan draw requests in compliance with loan policy, internal/external audit requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the lending system data for all projects and report budget status.
• Activate new loans and maintain all loan types daily, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Respond to inquiries regarding input requirements for mainframe, payment processing, and regulatory items; research and troubleshoot.
• Develop solutions for loan or maintenance requests and support Horizon processes.
• Back up on ordering Residential real estate appraisals.
