Fifth Third Bank in Rosemont, IL is seeking a Construction Loan Administrator II to manage disbursements and risk for complex commercial construction loans. You will review budgets, verify documentation, and coordinate with project managers and risk partners to keep funding on schedule.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of experience, an accounting or business background, strong Excel skills, and a commitment to accuracy and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in Business or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5+ years administering complex commercial construction loan disbursements preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and an aptitude for numbers and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to learn internal bank systems.

• Review budgets confirming sources of funds and loan commitment sufficiency.
• Identify documentation required and verify for appropriateness.
• Recommend approval for disbursements on commercial construction loans.
