Glacier Bank is seeking a Loan Assistant in the Construction Department to provide reception and customer service, handle clerical tasks, and process construction-related loan documents. You will interact with contractors, customers and bank staff to support efficient operations.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma is expected, with prior banking knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide reception and customer service duties for the Construction Department.
• Perform clerical tasks such as filing and data entry.
• Process Construction checks promptly and manage related documentation.
• Document Final Completion Certificates (442s).
• Track branch inspections and supporting documentation.
• Explain department policies and procedures clearly.
• Evaluate and determine loans in process.
• Issue disbursement checks as instructed.
• Input budgets into construction-related programs.
• Attend pre-construction meetings with contractors and staff.
