The position is on-site, requiring regular office attendance and strong customer service skills. Banking experience is preferred, with emphasis on detail orientation and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Banking experience is a plus and helpful.
• Ability to work professionally, accurately, and quickly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with keyboards and standard computer apps.
• Organized with attention to detail; understands loan docs.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial loan officers with new applicants and docs.
• Prepare loan packets for SBA, RBS and closings, ensuring completeness.
• Assist with loan closings and on-site customer support during business hours.
• Track collateral and assist with portfolio upkeep and follow-ups.
• Stay current on loan programs, regs, and documentation requirements.
