Qualifications

Florida-certified paralegal required.
At least 5 years in all phases of complex litigation.
Hands-on trial support experience required.
Experience with construction litigation preferred.
Degree or paralegal certificate required.
Experience with Relativity, CaseMap, LiveNote and Trial Director preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Coordinate assembly of exhibits and appendices for court papers and trials.
Set up and manage war rooms for trials and arbitrations.
Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
Draft routine legal documents and correspondence for attorneys.
Conduct factual or legal research and monitor public records.
