Ideal candidates include Associates with 3–7 years of litigation experience or Seniors with 7+ years in construction litigation, plus solid research, writing, and analytical skills. Experience with construction contracts or M&M liens is a plus.

• Experience managing cases, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending hearings, mediations, arbitrations, or trials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cases from filing through resolution.
