  • Experience managing cases, drafting pleadings and motions, and attending hearings, mediations, arbitrations, or trials.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage cases from filing through resolution.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and other court filings; prepare for hearings and trials.
