With 21 offices across the United States, Asia, and Europe, and a global network of legal partners, we are searching for a mid-level attorney with a background in Construction Litigation.
DEPARTMENT INSIGHT:
Our client’s Construction Law Team provides comprehensive legal support for public and private projects, guiding clients through every stage—from project conception and funding to design, procurement, and construction. The team specializes in contract drafting and negotiation, compliance matters, claims management, and dispute resolution, leveraging innovative technologies to handle construction delays, cost overruns, and insurance coverage issues. With expertise in project development, contract administration, and risk mitigation, this group ensures seamless execution of and international construction projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Chicago office is seeking a Construction Law Associate (2+ years of experience) to support its thriving construction litigation and advisory practice. The team advises clients across public and private projects, handling contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, compliance, and dispute resolution.
