Responsibilities

Support the Construction Litigation group attorneys in commercial and multifamily residential construction matters.
Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, and motions.
Manage general corporate contracts, legal opinions, by-law amendments, and litigation.
Provide timely updates on case status and assignments.
Work primarily in-office for in-person collaboration with the team.
Participate in trade organizations, conferences, and networking events.
