Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate and/or creditors’ rights litigation is preferred.
• Three to five years of litigation experience with trial experience in two cases to conclusion.
• Strong research, writing, negotiation and drafting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and professional integrity.

Responsibilities

• Handle phases of commercial, real estate, and creditors’ rights litigation, including drafting pleadings.
• Conduct written discovery, take and defend depositions, and manage oral motion hearings.
• Experience with real estate and equipment lease disputes, bank workouts, foreclosures, replevin, and bankruptcy litigation is a plus.
