Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 4–5 years of substantive general litigation experience, focusing on construction litigation.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Experience handling discovery and depositions.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay-related litigation.
• Draft sophisticated litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation.
