In-Finite Search Solutions seeks a Construction Litigation Associate (3-6 years) to join its Cleveland office. The role offers a base salary of $130,000–$170,000 plus bonus, with a clear path toward partnership and leadership development.

The ideal candidate will handle sophisticated construction and commercial disputes, draft pleadings, take depositions, and develop case strategies while gaining direct client interaction in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Ohio or eligible for admission.
• 3–6 years of litigation experience.
• Construction litigation experience preferred.
• Commercial litigation experience will also be considered.
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
• Deposition experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to professional growth and long-term career development.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters through all phases of a case.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and dispositive briefs.
• Conduct legal research and analyze complex construction-related issues.
• Manage written discovery and document review.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
• Assist with and participate in trial preparation.
• Develop litigation strategy in collaboration with partners and clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
