Qualified candidates will have 5–7 years of construction or commercial litigation experience, strong writing and research skills, and Indiana licensure or ability to obtain it.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of construction (or commercial) litigation experience.
• Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions.
• Familiarity with mediations, court appearances, and assisting at trials and arbitrations.
• Familiarity with the construction industry preferred.
• Superior academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Indiana licensure, or ability to timely obtain licensure.
