Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing.
• 5-7 years of substantive construction litigation experience, including personal injury matters.
• Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.

Responsabilités

• Represent clients in construction litigation matters including contract disputes and delay-related litigation.
• Draft litigation-related documents with precision and strategic insight.
• Manage discovery, including document review, depositions, and expert witness coordination.
• Conduct legal research and case analysis to develop effective litigation strategies.
• Work with partners on case strategy and trial preparation.
