Job summary

OpusLex Partners is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–6 years of experience to join our Construction Litigation practice in West Palm Beach. The ideal candidate will handle complex commercial litigation tasks including case strategy, discovery, legal research and writing, and substantive motion practice.

Construction litigation experience is preferred, but we will consider strong commercial litigators looking to develop a construction practice.

Qualifications

• Strong complex commercial litigation skills including case strategy, discovery, legal research and writing, and substantive motion practice.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex construction litigation, contract disputes, business disputes and claims counseling.
• Represent sophisticated clients in high‑stakes matters on a national platform.
• Provide associates with meaningful responsibility and hands‑on litigation experience.
• Adopt a practical, business‑oriented approach to resolving disputes.
• Maintain a collaborative, team‑oriented environment focused on client service.
• Provide associates with close partner access and opportunities for professional development.
• Offer direct client interaction and meaningful hands‑on experience.
• Help build a sophisticated construction litigation practice in the West Palm Beach market.
