Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 3–8 years of attorney experience, with at least 3 years in construction law.
• Strong litigation experience and understanding of construction-related matters.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently, meet deadlines, and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other litigation documents.
• Develop litigation strategies and support case preparation, discovery, depositions, and trial proceedings.
• Analyze construction contracts, project documentation, claims, and disputes.
• Handle construction defect matters and related litigation as applicable.
• Address bond, lien, and other construction-related legal issues.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and take initiative to increase responsibility.
• Maintain high standards of legal writing, analysis, and client service.
