• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions, pleadings, memoranda and briefs.
• Prepare discovery demands and responses.
• Conduct legal research.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings and trials.
• Communicate with courts and opposing parties.
