$105000 - $175000 per year | Denver, CO | On-site | Permanent
We're a Denver litigation firm focused on construction and casualty defense. We represent contractors, builders, developers, and design professionals in high-stakes disputes. Our team is small enough that associates get real cases, direct client contact, and courtroom time early, and established enough to offer the mentorship to build a long career. If you want to become a well-rounded trial lawyer and not just a document reviewer, you'll fit right in.
A real, achievable billable target: 1,800 hours a year, so you can do great work and still have a life.
A true partner track: As a boutique firm, we promote from within, and the path to partnership is clear and real.
Get in the room early: Take depositions, attend mediations, and join trial teams long before most associates your age.
Flexibility that works: A collaborative office culture with the flexibility to work remotely when it makes sense.
Rewarding pay and benefits: $105K-$175K base, bonus and billable incentives, health and dental, disability coverage, 401(k) match, and paid time off.
Handle construction and civil litigation matters from early case evaluation through resolution.
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive briefs, supported by strong legal research.
Take and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
Work directly with clients, insurers, and claims professionals, and collaborate with experts on case strategy.
Participate in mediations, settlement talks, trial prep, and courtroom proceedings, taking on more ownership of cases over time.
