Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Risk Management or related field

Responsibilities

• Investigate, manage, and resolve complex liability claims across multiple exposure types.
• Maintain detailed claim records in the Claims Management System with accurate documentation of activities and progression.
• Prepare for and participate in claim review meetings with internal teams, legal counsel, and TPAs.
