You will learn construction loan origination, underwriting, and portfolio management within the Investment Management Group (IMG), working closely with mentors and analysts to support loan origination and diligence processes.

Qualifikationen

• MS Office, especially Excel proficiency.
• Experience with technical tools (Excel, AI, Python, Tableau, SQL) via coursework or projects preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, willingness to learn, good communication and organization.

Aufgaben

• Underwrite BTR construction and bridge loans; analyze borrower financials, budgets, market feasibility, collateral.
• Prepare loan packages and credit memos for Loan Committee.
• Model construction loan cash flows, reserves, draws, returns for viability and risk.
• Process and review construction draw requests and track milestones.
• Analyze market trends, absorption, and rental data for underwriting and due diligence.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects and mentor-guided tasks.
• Suggest improvements to processes and tools.
