Meritage Homes is seeking summer 2027 interns across its divisions in 12 states to gain hands-on experience in the homebuilding industry. You’ll learn the full construction process, shadow leaders, and contribute to meaningful projects while growing your professional network.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an accredited degree program, eager to learn, and ready to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
