JE Dunn Construction Company in Denver, CO is seeking a Layout Surveyor to perform routine construction site layout tasks on a project or portion of a project. You will establish building corners, reference points, and control lines, verify elevations, and coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment and accuracy.

The role requires at least 2 years of layout experience, a High School/GED or better, and a willingness to travel as needed.

Qualificações

• 2 years construction layout experience required.
• High School/GED or equivalent required; a degree preferred.
• Relevant experience may substitute for education.

Responsabilidades

• Plans, sets up, and maintains layout control for projects.
• Establishes building corners and reference points for checks.
• Verifies elevations shown on drawings for roadways/utilities.
• Lays out column lines and wall locations, checks exterior encroachment.
• Verifies slab elevation and alignment during pours.
• Maintains project records and as-built documents.
