Job summary

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring a Construction Laborer in Belle Glade, FL. The role is full-time or project-based with five 8-hour shifts starting at 7:00 a.m. The position offers weekly direct deposit, benefits after hire, and opportunities on ongoing projects. Start date is ASAP.

You will chip and grind concrete, install X-plugs, patch holes, and manage materials. Bring your own basic tools and follow safety directions to stay productive and reliable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of construction experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication is helpful but not required.
• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety training provided by CCS.

POSITION DETAILS

• Job Title: Construction Laborer


• Pay Rate: $15 - $20 per hour


• Location: Belle Glade, FL


• Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based


• Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, beginning at 7:00 a.m.

• Chip and grind concrete.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 1 year of experience required.


• Must complete ladder and fall protection safety (CCS will provide).


• Bring and properly use required tools, including a hammer, 25-foot tape measure, razor knife, tool belt, chalk box, and speed square.


• Follow safety directions, wear required PPE, and complete assigned training.


• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to work consistently.


• Able to follow directions, stay on assigned tasks, and maintain a positive attitude.


• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are helpful but not required.
