$22.20 to $29.60 per REGULAR TIME hour (based on experience)

$33.30 to $44.40 per OVERTIME hour (based on experience). Note: Anything past 8 hours in a day is considered overtime.

Construction Laborers at Brooks Construction Company, Inc. may be assigned to any of the following types of crews: Concrete, Asphalt Paving, or Dirt/Pipe/Prep/Site Development. Must be open to construction labor on any of these crews.

Construction Laborers May Perform Any/all Of The Following Duties

• Perform general construction labor duties safely, efficiently, and properly to achieve a quality finished product.
• Perform traffic control (flagging) duties as required, including placing and picking up traffic control materials.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as directed.

Qualifications May Include

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and long hours/overtime when necessary.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel up to a 70-mile radius at own expense.
• Compliance with our Drug Free & Alcohol-Free Workplace policies.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Exceptional attendance, punctuality, dependability, and work ethic.
• A 'Safety Before Anything' attitude.
• Ability to wear PPE and perform physical job functions with or without accommodation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Construction or outdoor work experience is preferred but not required.
