LaRiviere, Inc. is a busy construction firm seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team in the Coeur d’Alene, Idaho / Spokane region. You will operate and maintain various machines, load/unload heavy materials, and follow supervisor directions while staying physically fit and reliable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather.
• Experience as a general laborer in construction is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
• Load or unload construction materials.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary structures such as scaffolding.
• Move earth by digging, lifting, or compacting.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Assist the crew and learn on the job.
• Perform site cleanup.

Job Description:

LaRiviere Inc. is a busy construction firm and are always hiring dedicated construction laborers to join our team. Looking for constructions/ laborers, in the Coeur d Alene, Idaho/ Spokane Washington Region. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, load and unload frequently heavy materials, and follow directions from supervisors and other skilled tradesmen. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker.

Construction Laborer Responsibilities:

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• Help equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prep construction sites by cleaning obstacles and hazards.
• Load or unload construction materials.
• Put together and take apart temporary structures, such as scaffolding.
• Remove, fill, or compact earth.
• Follow instructions from supervisors.
• Assist craft workers.
• Ready to learn from on-the-job training when necessary.
• Perform site clean-up.

Construction Laborer Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
• Ability to work in all weather.
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.
• Must have experience as a general laborer in the construction industry.

Must be comfortable and physically capable of working in outdoor conditions and doing manual labor tasks. Dependability and a strong work ethic are expected. All skill levels are welcome to apply. Pay will be based on experience level and work history.

Job requires manual labor that regularly requires shoveling, using various forms of hand tools, lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted and working in all temperatures.
