Job summary

LaRiviere, Inc. is a busy construction firm seeking dedicated construction laborers to join our team in the Coeur d’Alene, Idaho / Spokane region. You will operate and maintain various machines, load/unload heavy materials, and follow supervisor directions while staying physically fit and reliable.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma.
• Ability to perform physical labor in all weather.
• Experience as a general laborer in construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and care for construction equipment and machines.
• Assist equipment operators, carpenters, and other skilled labor when necessary.
• Prepare construction sites by removing obstacles and hazards.
• Load or unload construction materials.
• Assemble and disassemble temporary structures such as scaffolding.
• Move earth by digging, lifting, or compacting.
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols.
• Assist the crew and learn on the job.
• Perform site cleanup.
