Garney Construction is seeking an entry-level Laborer in Ramseur, NC to support the field crew and learn essential construction skills. The role offers weekly pay starting at $20 per hour, overtime opportunities, and industry-leading benefits from day one.

You will assist with daily tasks, operate basic tools, and work with durable materials. A dependable, active candidate is preferred for this hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on their feet all day.
• Willing to complete OSHA 10 (provided by Garney).
• Willing to complete Fall Protection Certification (provided by Garney).
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Must be willing to travel for work.

Responsibilities

• Assist the crew with daily tasks using a variety of techniques and equipment.
• Operate and maintain pneumatic and electrical tools used on site.
• Lift, carry, and place building materials and supplies.
• Join, wrap, seal, and bed underground pipe sections.
