GARNEY is seeking an entry-level Laborer to assist our crew with daily construction tasks and learn essential industry skills. This role offers a competitive weekly pay starting at $20 per hour, overtime opportunities, and strong benefits.

The position involves operating common construction tools, lifting materials, and contributing to concrete and asphalt work. Training and certifications are provided by Garney.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work on their feet for an entire day.
• Willing to complete OSHA 10 training and Fall Protection Certification.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist crew with daily tasks using various techniques and equipment.
• Maintain and operate pneumatic and electrical tools such as vibrators, saws, and jackhammers.
• Lift, carry, and place building materials, tools and supplies.
• Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, gravel and other materials with hand tools.
