Roers is seeking Construction Laborers for current and future projects around Bismarck, ND. Join a team that prioritizes safety, productivity and quality with competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities include performing strenuous manual labor, using hand and power tools, site setup and cleanup, and following Roers’ safety rules. Must have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of construction experience; willing to travel as needed.

Formación

• High School diploma.
• Minimum 2 years of construction or physical labor experience.
• Able to lift 75 pounds.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and site procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Follow Roers’ Core Values on site and work with team members.
• Perform strenuous manual labor as required by projects.
• Use hand and power tools during construction tasks.
• Prepare and clean up construction areas at end of shifts.
• Demonstrate safe work practices and report hazards.
• Set up/take down ladders, scaffolding and temporary structures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
