Job summary

APAC Central Inc., a CRH Company, is seeking a Construction Laborer to support a wide range of construction and paving projects across Oklahoma. You’ll learn on the job, grow your skills, and contribute to safe, efficient site operations while adhering to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; 18+ years of age.
• Able to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Willing to travel and work nights, weekends, and outside local area when required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support crews with shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow operations, and directing trucks.
• Follow safety policies and report issues to leadership or safety personnel.
• Communicate with equipment operators using hand signals to coordinate movements.
• Dig, spread, and level construction materials.
• Install, relocate, and remove traffic control devices to keep work zones safe.
