RB Hinkle Construction is seeking dependable Laborers to support field construction operations. This role involves general construction and utility-related labor, assisting crews with daily jobsite activities, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ideal candidates are safety-minded, dependable, and able to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment. Overtime and weekends may be required to meet project needs.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist field crews with general construction and utility-related labor.
• Load, unload, move, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
• Perform digging, trenching, backfilling, cleanup, and other manual labor duties.
• Assist with jobsite setup and breakdown.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite requirements.
• Use hand tools and basic construction equipment as directed.
• Assist operators, drivers, foremen, and other crew members as needed.
• Follow supervisor instructions and complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
